As the wood is reclaimed, is it good quality?
I source the wood for my products from industry, domestic and retail. Material that is destined for landfill/waste. Where required, the wood is stored to dry. I disassemble the pallets, inspecting the wood for split planks as I go. I then denail them leaving only the heads as flush or below the surface. I will clean if required and sand the wood where necessary.
What does that mean to my product?
This means that the product you receive will be fit for purpose. While natural and pre existing imperfections will remain (nails, holes, stamps, split ends), live edges) we hope these add to the rustic charm of our range.
Are your products kept in stock?
No, 80% of my range is made to order. only the standard cladding is held in stock.
How long will I have to wait for my product?
Please allow 3-5 days for manufacture then 2-3 days delivery on economy service. I will keep you posted on your order every step of the way.
How much do I pay for delivery?
Delivery on my range to Mainland U.K on an Economy Service is free. For faster services and delivery offshore please contact me directly for additional cost.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted with notification within 30 days of order placement. For modified materials (ie: stained, scorched etc) I reserve the right to refuse however please have a conversation with me directly as I am happy to help where possible.
