Our Policies
All of our products are responsibly sourced from reclaimed pallet wood destined for waste/landfill. As such, you would receive an item that is not made from new timber and may contain natural or pre existing imperfections (nail heads, holes, natural discolourations, some splitting at ends only (we would never send a split board). all of which we hope adds to the rustic charm of our porducts.
Therefore...
Whereby we state “Denailed” this is in reference to the shank of the nail and some heads have been left in for aesthetic purpose and will only ever arrive flush or below the surface.
For the pruposes of cladding only:
Board lengths supplied between 800mm and 1200mm.
Board widths supplied between 70mm – 120mm.
Board thicknesses between 10mm – 25mm.
Per m² bundle you will receive same/similar sized boards.
Market recommendation of a + 10% over order to ensure you have enough material to complete your project.

Delivery
80% of my range is made to order:
For made to order items please allow 3-5 days for manufacture and a further 2-3 days delivery on an economy service.

For standard cladding items items we aim to despatch within 2 working days on an enconomy service*.
For treated/finished cladding we aim to despatch in 2-3 days on an economy service *Other services available upon request at additional cost.
Economy delivery service timed 2-3 Days from despatch.

Pallet Deliveries will be delivered Kerbside only on a tail lift truck. The customer is responsible for missed deliveries and a re-delivery cost that may be incurred from a missed delivery.

Returns accepted by notification within 30 days of receipt of order.
Customer will accept responsibility on the cost of returning products.
A full credit will be issued on inspection of goods upon return.
The sales value of damaged goods and the cost of may be deducted from any possible credit.
Cancellations – I reserve the right to refuse a cancellation on a modified product, however, I will accommodate where possible and welcome a conversation.
Exchanges – Will be accommodated wherever possible depending on the modification of item. Again, please get in touch for a conversation.
Please note, none of my products are fire rated. Where purchasing sconces/ items being used with candles, due to nature of products we recommend using LED Candles.
Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot ship outside of the United Kingdom.
